And we’d would like to personally update you on the precautions we’re taking in each of our Australian locations with regards to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
At Lineage Group it is ‘Same, Same but Different’ as we continue to work hard supporting the needs of you all in what remains a very busy market in a very interesting time.
We have taken a significant step in our contribution to reducing the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the welfare of our team and everyone we are in contact with. We have no positive cases of COVID-19 and to date no one in of our team are exhibiting symptoms. If this changes at any time we will advise accordingly. Physical health and mental health and well-being have always been our top priority, so strict hygiene standards are something we continue to enforce everyday throughout the year. We are consistently updating our knowledge of how to ‘be and act’ as the information comes available from the WHO.
We have made the decision that effective immediately, we will be ceasing face to face meetings in our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane CBD offices and will conduct these via phone or video as replacement. Please stay connected with us via our social media platforms to keep up-to-date with extra services that you can access during this time.
Lineage Solutions will continue supporting our industry partners at their onsite locations only if absolutely necessary and where this has been deemed unsafe we will support via our telephone or online platforms. Please don’t hesitate to ask how to make this happen. For the interim all group workshops and presentations have been cancelled.
To our counselling clients, we will still have access to face to face support at our Seddon (VIC) consulting rooms until further notice. These sessions will act in strict accordance with the WHO hygienic guidelines by implementing the availability of hand-sanitizer , appropriate distancing and an antibacterial ‘wipe down’ between sessions. Please… if you have been identified as a high risk for potentially being infected with COVID-19 we kindly ask that you ring ahead and talk to one of our team members to arrange an alternative delivery of service (ie. Phone, video or messaging sessions)
Lineage Group have always supported our team working from home and this continues during this time. We take our duty of care very seriously and will continue to ensure we are aware of the latest advice and make decisions appropriate to continuing to protect the welfare of our team and everyone we come into contact with.
